- Made to order — we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing, so please double-check measurements before purchasing
- We will attempt to reasonably assist in correcting any mistakes that may occur
Care Instructions
- Turn inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Tumble dry low
- Do not bleach or iron directly on the design
- Do not dry clean
Processing & Shipping
- Production time: 3–6 business days
- Shipping time: Typically 4–6 business days
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses

Each item is made specifically for you once ordered, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you experience any issues with your order, please message us — we are committed to making it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since every item is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can accommodate changes only before production begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding, so check back for updates.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Message us with a photo of the issue and your order number and we will review for a replacement or refund.
